Acharya Rudradev Joshi ("we", "us") is a digital astrological consultation service operated by Acharya Rudradev Joshi (sole proprietor), based in Varanasi, India. By using this site, you agree to the following terms.

1. Nature of service

Readings provided are based on traditional Vedic jyotish (Parashari paddhati) and are for informational and reflective purposes only. They are not medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. Readings must not be used as a substitute for consultation with qualified professionals.

2. Pricing

One reading = INR 151 (inclusive of applicable taxes). Each reading includes the main paath and one follow-up question in the same session.

3. Refusals

We refuse questions on: medical predictions, death timing, specific legal verdicts, specific stock/investment picks. Such questions trigger an automatic refund.

4. Mental health

Questions suggesting self-harm or suicide are paused and routed to iCall (+91-9152987821) and Vandrevala Foundation (1860-2662-345) helplines. The session is refunded automatically.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant consultation (INR 151).

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
